RESUMO: Este artigo trata do significado do trabalho humano e sua reestruturação, desde as formas de organização da produção rígida do Taylorismo/Fordismo do início do século XX, da produção flexível Japonesa das décadas de 60 e 70, do trabalho na era do conhecimento dos anos 80, até as organizações em rede de sistemas de informações da década de 90.
Procura também abordar as mudanças das qualificações profissionais provocadas pelo progresso do conhecimento científico e tecnológico, tratando de quais competências passam a ser necessárias para a manutenção do exercício ativo nesta sociedade de constantes, profundas e sobretudo rápidas mudanças em seu modo de produzir e construir valor.
Finalmente, comenta a urgente necessidade de integrar as instituições de ensino ao setor produtivo na busca de respostas mais rápidas e eficazes, capazes de harmonizar o progresso ao bem estar social.

O MITO DA MULHER NA SOCIEDADE CONTEMPORÂNEA SOB A EGIDE DO PATRIARCADO

RESUMO: O mito da mulher na sociedade contemporânea transcende a premissa de que basta ser mulher para lutar pelos direitos femininos e sociais. Este texto busca refletir sobre a trajetória de opressão e de conquistas travada pelo feminismo à luz do pensamento, sempre atual, de Simone de Beauvoier e de uma tendência intelectual deste século que vê o capitalismo, modo do fazer humano, na essência do patriarcado. Um dos desafios do feminismo no século XXI é pois a adoção de uma perspectiva de totalidade, socialista, classista e humanista na busca do espaço profícuo entre as diversidades.

ABSTRACT: The myth of the woman in the contemporary society over takes the premise that being a woman is just enough for fighting for the feminini and social rights. This text searches to reflect about a trajetory of oppression and conquests started by the feminism under the thoughts lights, real thought of Simone de Beauvoir and of a intelectual tendency of this very century that considers the copitalism, the making way of the humanbeing, on the essence of the patriarchate. One of the challenge of the feminism in the 21 st century, is the adoption of a perspective of totalities, socialist, classist and humanist in the search of advantageous space among the dirversities.

PROCESSO DE INTERI0RIZAÇÃO DA UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DE RONDÔNIA, NA CIDADE DE GUAJARÁ-MIRIM, NO PERÍODO DE 1982 A 1999

RESUMO: Trata-se da discussão dos resultados da pesquisa de Mestrado , que objetiva constatar e analisar os conflitos, as tensões e as consequências resultantes do processo de interiorização da UNIR/Universidade Federal de Rondônia, na cidade de Guajará-Mirim, Estado de Rondônia, verificando as relações de poder tensionadas entre a instituição universitária, em foco, e o poder local. Priorizou-se a abordagem qualitativa, de cunho etnográfico e do tipo histórico. As técnicas de pesquisa histórica incluem entrevistas, história oral, questionário e documentos. O referencial teórico abrange Williams, Rolnick, Kowarick, Petitat , Gramsci. O período estudado foi o de 1 982 a 1 999 e as conclusões apontam para a existência na cidade de um novo poder e a produção de uma nova cultura, a cultura acadêmica, também para a presença de movimentos sociais liderados por novos migrantes e para a fragilidade das relações de poder e a aceitação da Universidade pelo poder local.

ABSTRACT: The purpose of present study is to evidence and to analyse the confltcts, the tensions and the consequences to the process of UNIR's interiorization ( Universidade Federal de Rondônia), in the Guajará-Mirim's city, Rondônia's state, examining the power relations between the institution and local power, in the period of 1982 to 1999. The thecnics of historical research includes interview, oral history, questionary and documents. The theorical referencial includes Williams, Rolnick, Kowarick, Petitat, Gramsci. The conclusions is that exists in the city a new power and the production of the new culture, the academical culture, to the presence of the social movements leardered by new migrants, to the fragility of the tradicionals learderships power and to the acceptance of the University by the local power.

ABSTRACT: This article deals with transsexualism, setting out taboos that permeate it, depicting the prejudice and social discrimination potentiality and, above all, demystifying this theme that has been, for the present, in the Court clamoring for justice.

Enfoca também o processo de urbanização e as relações produzidas nestes espaços. Através de alguns autores que tratam da memória, procurei destacar fatos objetivos e subjetivos, mais precisamente o racismo, produzido nas relações sociais.

GERENCIAMENTO DA LOGÍSTICA INTEGRADA

RESUMO: O objetivo deste artigo é avaliar o estágio da logística integrada nas empresas, cuja implementação é lenta no Brasil, a logística integrada foi impulsionada principalmente pela revolução na tecnologia de informação, tornando-se uma ferramenta importante para o sucesso empresarial, assim como mais recentemente, a partir dos últimos dez anos, surgiu o conceito de Supply Chain Management - ou "Gerenciamento da Cadeia de Suprimento", cujo conceito ainda não está completamente definido. O artigo avalia também os principais componentes da logística integrada, ou seja, serviço ao cliente, transporte, estoque, armazenagem e sistemas de informações, assim como, a sua organização e as opções de utilizar recursos internos ou utilizar operadores logísticos.

ABSTRACT: The objective of this paper is to present a study on the stage of companies integrated logistic, which implementation is slowly in Brazil, the evolution of logistic has reached the concept of integrated logistic with the support of the information technology revolution, becoming an important tool for enterprise success, as more recently, for the last ten year1 the supply chain management concept, which concept is not well defined yet. The paper also presents the main integrated logistic components, which are; customer service, transport, inventory, storage and information system, as well, its organization and the options of using internal resources or using logistics operators.

MODERNIDADE: RACIONALIZAÇÃO E SOLIDARIEDADE

RESUMO: O presente artigo tenta analisar as relações de solidariedade no mundo moderno. Para desenvolver esta perspectiva utilizaremos como ponto de partida as formulações de Max Weber referentes ao moderno mundo capitalista, explorando sua tese sobre as quatro motivações da ação social, bem como o seu conceito de racionalização. Em seguida discutiremos algumas formulações de autores contemporâneos que, embora divirjam de Weber em alguns aspectos, podem ser lidas como uma atualização das formulações weberianas à medida que enfatizam as ambivalências da modernidade nos seus espaços cotidianos. Para finalizar, apresentaremos alguns dados que buscarão evidenciar a existência de sociabilidades solidárias que estruturam relações sociais e dimensões pouco enfatizadas por boa parte da literatura sociológica.

ABSTRACT: The adopted perspective in the present article tries to analyze the relations of solidarity in the modern world. To develop this perspective we are going to use as a startingpoint Max Weber's formulations on the capitalism modem world, exploring his thesis about four motivations of social action and also his concept of racionalization. Then, we are going to reflect on some formulations of nowadays writers, who although they disagree in some points with Weber, they can be read as an update of Weber's formulation, since they emphasize the ambivalence of modernity in its everyday spaces. Finally, we are going to show some examples that will demonstrate the existence of solidarie's convivialities. These convivialities structure social relations and aspects not much emphasized by the majority of the sociological literature.

A RESPONSABILIDADE DO ADMINISTRADOR DE SOCIEDADE ANÔNIMA

RESUMO: O presente trabalho visa retratar a responsabilidade patrimonial dos administradores das sociedades constituídas sob a forma de sociedade anônima , por ser ainda tema palpitante e dos mais fascinantes na seara do direito comercial. A abordagem se dá através da análise dos deveres imputados aos administradores, bem como, se o descumprimento dos deveres que ensejaram a responsabilidade cuidam das relações internas ou externas da sociedade.
Isto porque, o surgimento da responsabilidade patrimonial do administrador e o modo como surtirá efeitos diversos sofrerá alterações conforme se tratar de responsabilidade interna ou externa ao corpo social, e da necessidade de se traçar solução justa ao envolvimento pessoal dos administradores de sociedades para que não incorramos em ampliação tendenciosa e injusta que possa até mesmo coibir a vida empresarial.

ABSTRACT: The present article embraces the responsability of the manager of the Stock Corporation, once it remains a pulsating and fascinating issue in Commercial Law. The approach is done trough the analysis of the duties attributed to the managers, as well as if the desobedience of those duties are related to the internal or external affairs.
The appearance of the patrimonial liability of the manager of the Stock Corporation and the form that will take effect suffers modifications accordingly to its nature, i.e. regarding internal or external affairs.
Therefore, a necessity of constructing fair solutions to the personal involvement of the company managers exists, in order not to create a tendentious and unfair increase of the responsability that may cohibit the enterprising achievements.

RESUMO: Examinamos em cartuns de final de século a translação de alguns medos metafísicos - Deus e Diabo, mente e corpo, mortal e imortal- que resistem às vicissitudes do tempo. O nosso objetivo, a partir daí, consiste em apresentar uma reflexão acerca da representação do medo da morte para uma melhor compreensão da sua imagem plástica.

ABSTRACT: We examined in cartoons of century end the change of some metaphysical fears - God and Devil, mind and body, human and immortal - that resist to the vicissitudes of the time. Our objective, since then, it consists of presenting a reflection conceming the representation of the fear of the death for a better comprehension of its plastic image.

CRITÃO OU O DEVER

RESUMO: A forte influência exercida pela clássica filosofia grega, sobre os pensadores modernos do pós guerra. Com o abandono do positivismo científico - e conseqüente mitigação do "cientificismo" -, a filosofia retoma temas de fundo ético, o que explica e mesmo justifica o resgate dos grandes mestres da filosofia grega no final do séc. XX, e início do século XXI.

SOCIEDADES INDíGENAS: PERDA OU AMPLIAÇÃO CULTURAL?

RESUMO: Este artigo trata da discussão sobre o processo de mudanças ocorrido nas sociedades indígenas: se elas significam perdas ou ampliações culturais. O objetivo é mostrar, de modo sucinto, a caminhada da Antropologia no sentido de esclarecer a questão das mudanças sociais envolvendo as sociedades particulares; de modo a compreender a origem de certas teorias que, embora superadas, ainda são utilizadas para condenar os índios a um suposto desaparecimento étnico ou desqualificar identitariamente pessoas pertencentes a sociedades indígenas. Além dos estudos bibliográficos, utilizei alguns dos registros que fiz sobre esta problemática nos onze anos que vivi próximo aos índios Bóe-Bororo, cujo contato com a sociedade não índia de Rondonópolis, Mato Grosso, é permanente.

ABSTRACT: This article is about the process of changes occurred in the indigenous societies: if they mean cultural lost or gained The objective is to show, briefly, the walk of the anthropology to became clear the question of the social changes involving particular societies; to understand the origin of some theories that, although they don't have scientific acceptation actually, they are still used to justify politics that intend to eliminate Indians societies. I utilized bibliographic studies and some registers that I did about this problematic in the eleven years that I lived near the Bóe-Bororo Indians, which contact with the no-lndian society of Rondonópolis, Mato Grosso, is permanent.

É o jogo triádico da vida em qualquer círculo, foco ou esfera dinâmica (ecologia física e biológica, indivíduos, famí1ias, grupos/subgrupos, empresas, religiões, culturas, países e blocos). ABSTRACT: Our purpose is to offer an interpretation of violence with a new approach: the triadic method of analysis. It always supposes three elements, three positions, three moments, three arsenals to impose victories and gains measured by the metrics of the proportionalistic rule. Any three elements interplay is called triadic game, at any sphere, circle or stage (environment, biology, people, family, groups/subgroups, corporations, religions, cultures, nations and regional blocks.
